AirCon Services Company Uses Innovative Strategies to Recruit, Train and Retain Employees

These tests measure applicants’ aptitude for learning and problem solving as well the degree to which applicants demonstrate a servant’s heart. These tests allow us to find great individuals who have excellent customer service skills and productivity with a willingness to serve our customers and our community. 

AirCon also partners with the Nexstar Network, a business-development organization that specializes in teaching service companies the industry’s best practices concerning customer service, profitability, and employee satisfaction. All of our techs, installers, and office personnel have received excellent customer service training from Nexstar.
